Job Responsibilities

• Equipment Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of mechanical equipment and systems to ensure optimal functionality and longevity. This includes but is not limited to HVAC systems, turbines, pumps, compressors, and industrial machinery.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical issues, identify root causes of equipment failures, and implement effective troubleshooting techniques to rectify problems promptly. Utilize technical manuals, diagnostic tools, and problem-solving skills to efficiently address mechanical issues.
• Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to proactively identify and address potential mechanical problems before they escalate. Perform scheduled maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, and parts replacement to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Repairs and Replacements: Execute repairs and component replacements as necessary to restore equipment to operational status. Coordinate with suppliers to procure replacement parts and ensure compatibility with existing systems. Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards during repair procedures.
• Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspection reports, work orders, and equipment performance data. Update maintenance logs and documentation systems to track equipment history, identify recurring issues, and support future maintenance efforts.

Salary Package

The salary package is attractive along with other benefits such as accommodation. The Dubai’s lifestyle is also a plus in this job. The expected salary package for the candidate is estimated to be QAR 1800-2000 per month.

Education

Education is not necessary. The candidate can be uneducated but he should be well-mannered and should greet the visitors well.

Experience

The candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant job experience in the field. Those with the relevant experience will be given more priority as compared to those who do not have it.
