• Cleaning and Sanitizing: Ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to meet hygiene standards and regulations set by the UAE authorities.
• Organizing Utensils: Sorting and organizing cleaned items efficiently to facilitate easy access for kitchen staff during peak hours, thereby contributing to the smooth flow of operations.
• Assisting Kitchen Staff: Supporting chefs and kitchen staff by promptly providing clean dishes, utensils, and equipment as needed, helping to maintain an efficient workflow and timely food preparation.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the dishwashing area and surrounding workspaces clean and organized at all times, including disposing of waste properly and adhering to sanitation protocols.
• Equipment Maintenance: Reporting any malfunctioning equipment or maintenance issues to supervisors promptly to ensure uninterrupted operation of dishwashing machinery.

Salary Package
